To apply to SDSCPA Music with an Emphasis in Vocal Arts:

Please submit an audition video.  Your video should not exceed 5 minutes in length, should be recent (within one month of submission,) and must include the following components:

Your audition submission should include the following:

1. Introduction of yourself. Include:

• First and Last name, age, grade that you are auditioning into?​

• Why do you want to attend SDSCPA?

• What do you love about singing?

• What is your vocal range?

   2. Prepare and perform a memorized vocal solo piece.

• Introduce the title of the piece you will be performing, and the name of the original artist, composer or show.

Your music should last no more than 3 minutes and can be in any of the following styles:

• Jazz​

• Pop

• Classical

• Musical Theatre
